We are looking for motivated researchers to strengthen our team as soon as possible. You will contribute to exciting research projects at the intersection of medicine, computer science, and the life sciences.
Your responsibilities:
- Conduct research in the field of machine learning and data-driven modeling to address biomedical questions of high clinical relevance
- Develop innovative methods, e.g., for predicting antibiotic resistance in pathogens or modeling complex disease processes
- Contribute to the design of novel algorithms for the analysis of large-scale omics datasets
- Actively participate in interdisciplinary research projects
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Medical Informatics, Computational Biology, or a related discipline
- Knowledge of machine learning, statistics, and algorithm development
- Initial experience in the analysis of biological data (e.g., omics technologies) is desirable
- Programming skills (e.g., Python, R, C/C++)
- Excellent command of English
